Full Telephoto with the extenter is hard to shoot handheld would it be worth it ?

Wait a sec... Full telephoto Hand held? Why not use a tripod/monopod?

now you are talking hunter - i dont see why you would ever go full telephoto WITH extender handheld - no need to ever do that
