fuji 1/3 bayonet mount to m43 adapter?

I have an older jvc hd100 with the stock fuji 16x zoom lens..is there any way to mount this lens to a GH1 body?

No, there's no adapter, but even if you could mount it, it won't do you any good. The GH1's sensor is about 16x larger than the HD100's. The lens on the HD100 is made to cover its sensor. If you put that lens on a GH1, you'd end up with an image that was about probably 80% black, with a small circle of image in the very center.

m43 sensor size is 4/3". 4 times the diameter of 1/3". 2 ^ 4 = 16 times bigger in area.
