FS700R loose lens mount

I've had my FS700R for a little over a year now and I've noticed that my lenses have an uncomfortable amount of play in them when they're attached to the camera. I don't know if anyone else has experienced this with theirs. I also don't know who/where to contact to get this fixed. Any ideas?
 
I tested a native lens today and a lens with my speedbooster (EF -> NEX) and it's the speedbooster that is extremely loose. It has so much play that I am completely unable to do infinite focus on faraway objects, it's hideously blurry. It's been over a year since I purchased the speedbooster so I'm probably s*%t out of luck, I hadn't used it up until recently when I finally decided to pick up a canon 24-105mm and a 16-35mm. Really really bummed!
 
Problem fixed! All of the allen screws on the speedbooster had become unseated and were loose. Evenly tightened them up and the play is gone, will check the infinity focus tomorrow
 
Yeah, that's it. They become lose from vibration mostly. Like leaving the lens on and traveling. Always detach the lens.
