FS700 with Pix240

I have a job this weekend where I will be using my FS700 with a Pix240. Anything special I need to know about using them together. Will I be able to see the display info on my LCD screen or EVF without that being recorded onto the pix?

You will be able to see info on the on camera lcd but if you see it on an evf it will be recorded. I was hoping there would be a firmware update to give the info overlay to the hdmi and keep the hdsdi output clean but was told on the other board this was impossible because there is only one encoder.

Possibly the most frustrating part of owning an fs700 for me.... Love the camera, very versatile and great image but shooting for TV (using external recorder) with an EVF and not being able to see camera data on the EVF is so annoying, have to keep rotating my neck like an owl to look at the LCD when the camera is on my shoulder!

Shame, in my mind one of it's biggest negatives. I would pay a lot of money to somehow get 50mbps internal on this camera...
