FS700 - Stuck FMU won't eject

Hey everyone need some advice here.
The FMU won't eject out of the slot in our FS700. The little lever flips all the way back but it doesn't disengage the hard drive.
Thoughts?

when the lever is pullled away from the camera, the fmu doesn't "eject".

rather the fmu can be pulled up and out from the camera.

it is a manual maneuver.

pull the lever fully away from then camera and then with your thumbs push the fmu up and it should come out easy peasy.
