You have enough data depth to change it if as intended you record to an external deck at 10 bit 4:2:2. At least playing with other peoples' FS700 clips recorded internally, I've found enough room to bring it to normal or near normal saturation levels but pushing to richer saturated looks causes artifacts that are common to all 4:2:0 codecs, like color bleed, cross color errors, and macro blocking at high contrast border transitions.
