fs700 noob question- stuck on 25p need 24p

Hi guys had the camera for couple of moths now and had the record setting to 1080/25p fx and need to change it back to 24p for a shoot in a couple of days time. formatted the card but the option doesnt come up in the list under rec set. really need help with this. tried looking in manual and google but cant seem to find any info on this. Its been frustrating me for the last couple of days, I bet its so obvious as well.

I would be thankfull for any help you can give
 
Set it to NTSC 29.97 base or whatever they call it, then 24p will appear, I seem to remember. It does not work if set to PAL.
 
hi managed it, what I did was go to the menu--others and changed the 60i/50i SEL setting then formatted the card and it changed to 24p.
