FS700 manual install firmware 3.0?

Hi. I have opportunity to buy used FS700 without any updates. Firmware version is 1.0. I found manual installer for version 2.0, but not 3.0. I know that, if i don't send camera to paid update, i don't get abillity to use 4k/2k raw with recorder. But seriously i don't even need that for now.
My question is: On sony website and manual they said, firmware 2.0 allows to use power zoom. Is that correct? Also, is there a 3.0 version with S-log update or 3.0 is ONLY on paid update or "R" version of camera?

If you want to use 4K, RAW & sLog2 you have to bring the camera to Sony.
It's a paid update for the "old" version of the FS700. At the new model FS700R & RH
it's already included. You should consider this for your price negotiation ;-)
 
So, 3.0 is only paid update and there is no option to install it manually (only for slog)?

Where can i upgrade it in Europe? As I found in forum posts, now it cost ca 250 eur.
