Well here it goes, I just dropped off the fs700 to the Sony repair center in Teaneck New Jersey.
Really nice man at the desk saw a gleam in my eye and said don't worry we'll take care of everything they'll call you in a week. I asked if I can come back and pick it up he said I can make those arrangements when they call me for payment. I'm including pictures
 
Man I would so love to get this upgrade done. Unfortunately I can't till August 5 :crybaby:

Marino, they said they'd call you in a week? Man, when I sent mine in they said two-day turn around... Hoping to get it back in time for a shoot next Wednesday.
 
Sorry Serge I didn't mean RAW, I meant to say a mts file of slog2 scene. Sorry again for not being specific.
 
Nice sergeSmArt, thanks for posting. S-log looks great, I like the flatter look and 2000 iso wow! I'm excited. In fact more then when I bought the camera. I guess we all waited for these days. And yes jshbckr the guy said a week. I'm sure (fingers crossed) he was just giving them some led way. I'm hoping by Thursday they'll call and I'll grab it Friday. I read in another post they sent it back overnight delivery.

Hi friends, sorry for the delayed update. But after taking the camera to the Teaneck service center on 7/9/13 they called me on Thursday 7/11/13 saying the camera was ready and I picked it up on Friday 7/10/13. Things seem ok. I'll be shooting with it tomorrow and will post some footage soon. It was quick and hopefully with the OdysseyQ we'll be able to truly see the benefits of the 4K sensor. Thanks
