FS700 Hue Shift

Hey guys,

Just wondering if you guys would know how I am supposed to alter the picture profile of my FS700 in order to compensate for the greenish hue shift? I find myself always having to add a hue correction of 355 degrees to bring the image back to normal. Skies are always purple, skin tones a little green, etc.

If anyone that understands this stuff well could tell me how I could get the same effect by modifying the PP settings that'd be much appreciated!

Hi Alex

Its better NOT to white balance with A or B on a white or grey card, but to rather dial it in with the little wheel manually, and tweak it in post.

Have you gone into the menu and adjusted Matrix and Color Correction with a vectorscope?
If not, you don't know how your sensor is interpreting primary and secondary colors.

In your Picture Profile, under WB Shift, make sure you are set to FILTER TYPE: LB-CC and then use the CC[MG/GR] setting to tweak your Magenta/Green.

Thanks guys!! Helped a lot. I will also try your PP nyvz, looks interesting! I just have this mental thing making me want to use CINEMA as color mode, I guess just because of the name, but I will go ahead and trust you and test for myself.
