FS700 Highspeed recording

Hi all,

It's come to my attention that there are some issues with triggering the highspeed on the FS700. I have now compared 2 camera's with the same issue.
When using start trigger, the cache doesn't always record from the same point- regularily missing the beginning of an event. I've had this issue with both version 2 and 3 of the software, on 2 different camera's. Seems the cache is highly variable. Can't believe I haven't seen this mentioned before. Experienced at both 100 and 200fps -25P.
End trigger seems more acurate.
Can anybody else please verify this?

There have been a number of posts where the FS700 starts recording 1.5 to 2.0 seconds after the start trigger is pressed. It looks like this is just the way it is.
 
Ah ok, thanks for the heads up guys- I missed this on the boards. I didn't notice this on version 1 of the camera firmware. Version 2 and 3 got updated fairly quickly so assumed I had missed it. Anybody with version 1 seeing this issue also?
I have shown this to Sony service agents, hopefully they will send the feedback to Sony. Anybody else out there feeling inclined please also do so.
