Fs700 footage stutter issue, dropped frames?

Hey guys,

Been using my FS700 for about 2 months and I am noticing a stutter in a lot of footage, both normal speed and super slowmo. Mostly in the slowmo stuff (240fps) though. I film at FX 1080p 30fps for most stuff and it's usually when doing big panning shots.

I've made a example vid, hope you can see it on youtube as it's pretty noticeable when playing from my hdd. At 09 seconds in as the rider is turning around there is a big jump.

I tried using the stock Emount lens, tried turning off stabilisation, auto focus but also using my canon glass with the Metabones adapter, all seem to show this stuttering at times. I thought it might be my cards? Using Sandisk SD's which are class 10 Extreme 45Mb/s which should be more than enough?

Bit worried about my new baby!! :(

Anyone else had anything similar? Am I being completey daft in my workflow somewhere?

To me, that looks a lot less like dropped frames and a lot more like OIS correction while panning. If so, not sure why turning off stabilization would not solve the problem.
Do you see this when you play back in camera?

Hi, yeah shows up when played back on the camera too. As I said, also happens when using standard frame rates although it is a lot less noticable. I tried a canon lens that had no stabilisation at all and the same thing. Quite concerning really.
