FS700 FAT32 File Issue

I shot a 90 minute conference the other week and am having issues with the file breakdown when importing to my NLE.

The one file was broken down into 4 or 5 files, I'm assuming due to the FAT32 size limit.

My issue is that 00002.MTS doesn't contain any audio. The rest of them do. When I put the card back in the camera, it will playback normally with all audio.

Has anyone had this issue before?

Edit: Recorded the output to my Blade and everything worked out. Thank god I didn't format that card!
