FS700 Dummy Battery Adapter to the charger?

I was wondering if there is a FS700 Dummy Battery Adapter that you can attach to the Sony Charger (with the Camera / Charge slider) to power the camera from a wall socket?

I know the FS700 comes with a separate AC Adapter, but it would be nice to have just 1 unit that does both charging and AC adapting to save Backpack space. I am using a Sony AC-VQ1050D dual charger, but it has the same DC out as the stock FS 700 charger.

The manual says:

Notes: • You cannot use the connecting cord DK-415, DK-215 with your camcorder.

(That's the "dummy battery" cable.)


Don't know why that would be, but there you are. (Maybe it doesn't provide enough power for the FS700?)
