Attaches to FS700 via rosette (Sony's 1/4 20 thread) and accepts any ARRI standard (M6) gear on the other end (below)

These are adjustable like a trombone fore and aft, and 360 degrees on both axis. Locks down with a flick of the wrist and is rock solid like
our ShotGrip top handle. The locking knob is captive and at the left end is a threaded cap so everything is locked and secure at all times.
The cap is slotted for coin op but I just finger tighten. It's threaded with a 1/4 20 socket. $325 for dual rosette version as intro price.

If you unscrew the end cap you have a 1/2 13 female thread (iris rod standard) Why is this cool? Anyone with a C300/500 that uses a zacuto grip re-locator can thread the re-locator right in here. in this case order a "Half Arm" (with just the rosette in photo above). Save $125 ($200 total) Intro price.

Don't have an FS700 but still want an adjusting arm for your rods?

This is a Roseclamp. We repurposed our Stubclamps by adding an ARRI Standard rosette. These have amazing grip power on a 15mm rod and will not slip or turn. Available in M6 or 1/4 20 thread. $105.

IN STOCK - shipping today. Next week the swivelators will be shipping. Along with Cinegrips the week after.

I'm shooting real sales clips this week end but in the meantime I shot these on an iphone recently

These are available in 3 lengths, 12, 9 or 6 inch. The 6 is pictured above. The 12 is shown in the video. For attaching to the FS700's rosette I like the 12 as it gets the elbow unbent and in a good shooting position. i hate my elbow scrunched up. That's why I made this Clock Arm in the first place. When shooting handheld your right arm needs to breath. Anyu position you maintain for a long while starts to suffocate circulation. Just changing an inch or two is like breathing fresh air. That's why these rock. Play it like a trombone brother.

Caleb, looks nice! I like the clock arm; is there a way to set one up so that it has a 1/4 20 rosette on the handgrip end, so I can use the existing FS700 hand grip (with a LANC extension cable)? Would that be a half arm plus roseclamp?

Thanks!

Caleb, great stuff :)

Re the second video FS700 grip - do you know whether its extended functions work with the FS100?

PS. Sure, I'd prefer you Cinegrip - but :) :)

Hey Atticus - Thanks - sure thing 1/4 20 ends will be a click box on the web store. We have to re-tap the end from M6 to 1/4 20. There is no charge and those can ship Tuesday or Weds next week.

Piotr- appreciate it! I''m drawing a bit of a blank on what you mean by extended functions- but these work with all kit. With FS100 you'll need a submini extension - we will have those in store in a couple weeks as a convenience and to save you shipping costs. But for now B&H or your favorite electro supply.

BTW these are american made Stainless Steel rosettes. Not the Chinese 7075 Aluminum ones. All around you'll find this a strong well machined tool.
I flipping love this thing. it does a lot more than attach grips too. This can attach an EVF and provide total adjustment. Strong as a tank. The adjustment creates a perfect fit to your eye- and it can be flipped up/down for shooting off the floor or high crowd mode. Inherently far stronger than any articulated arm because it's a geared tooth and bar clamp design.

Anywhere you have a 15mm rod will anchor the RoseClamp. We are adding a rosette on our cheeseplate now which is making for some cool C300 options with our ShotGrip top handle and an EVF. Testing in Australia next week.

Caleb, afaik there are some buttons on the 700 grip that didn't make it to the 100's - push auto iris, picture expand etc.

Oh ok Piotr, our SmartGrip does all that and more. EXP FOCUS, DISPLAY 1-3 (including clear) are both under the thumb on new custom buttons actually milled out of Lignum Vitae wood- they are amazing. Also under thumb is ASSIGN 1-3 so you caqn set up any of custom function the camera menu permits. It has relay record for onboard devices (Nanoflash) and a lot more. I cant wait to make the video for this. We are debugging software this week end. Closing in on the goal fast now.

Dear Caleb,

I'm well aware of the CineGrip superiority (and its price tag - we exchanged emails on that, remember? :)), but now I'm just asking whether the extended functions of the FS-700 handgrip would work with FS-100 (via LANC). If so, your solution of putting it on the rail via rosette mount would be great for FS100 users just as it is for FS-700 owners.

Sure I remember Piotr! I'm still going to follow thru with that deal we mentioned too ;-) i thought you were talking Cinegrip function.
That is a question for Sony- but LANC is LANC would be my guess. but they may have it crippled may be a worry?

I've been attaching my FS100 grip to rods via female stubclamp forever. Works great.
The clock arm just makes it better.
