FS700 and Odyssey 7Q+ Artifacting

Does anybody have any idea what would be causing this artifacting? From what we can tell if shows up more often when there are bright highlights. It can also shot up randomly though when it isn't a bright scene. We can't replicate it, but it is happening often and ruining shots.

- FS700 - ODYSSEY 7Q+ Combo.
- Happens in all frame rates and resolutions, across multiple solid state drives.
