FS700 & 7Q timcode out Problem.

Hi All

I have an issue with the FS700 / Odyssey 7Q which has been in every version of the firmware so far, and its driving me nuts!!

The LTC output from the odyssey only works when in a non raw modes.

What i am trying to do is sync my Sound device 744t to the camera SDI timecode via the 7Q. This work fine in 422-DNG or 422-Prores. But in 4k Raw, or 4kRaw2HDprores, i get no output. the odyssey always displays the sdi timecode from the camera, so it coming down the raw sdi link, it just doesnt out put it: unless in std 422 video source mode.

can anyone else confirm this bug?

I have tried several odysseys all firmware versions and several cameras. the problem is still there.

i have called CD a several times to inform them of this problem and hope for a solution, but so for I have heard nothing!

Please can we have a fix for this, as this is one of the reason i bought the 7Q as it essentially gives my a FS700 time-code out socket which is essential for my busy workflow turn arounds.

I just hope we get all the 7q features fully working before my FS700 is out of date!

We are actively working on this function, although I cannot promise it for the next firmware as I do not know how long the development process will take. The camera changes a lot of what it does to the signal when in RAW mode.
