Check your PZ 28-135 parfocal !
When I dezoom after manual focusing, the "sharpness area" backs a few centimeters.
Coloured peaking and/or expanded focus highlight the problem.
1) Full zoom to a thin object (pinhead, lines from book..),
2) Focus it manualy, with expanded focus (+ peaking, as you wish),
3) Full dezoom (expanded focus still activated),
4) Where is your focused area now ?
Thanks, in advance, for your tests.
