FS7: FS7 can not playback thumbnail anymore - broken ???

Hello !
My FS7 is on a shoot in Berlin and suddenly , if you press THUMBNAIL to watch the recorded files - it says - there is nothing on the card !!!
just empty - sometimes it freezes there and can only be unpowered by removing the battery

on an other FS7 - the card plays back fine (so my FS7 actually records something )

I am frightened to use my camera again.

It behaves normal , but no playback anymore -

Last week it worked normally as it should

We tried factory Reset, refreshed the firmware back to 2.1 (it was on 2.1)
different cards, switched slots.

What is happening here ???

Any ideas ?

Did you just upgrade the firmware and not delete the firmware file from the SD card? This happened to me and it was because the FS7 was confused by the presense of the firmware update file. Erase that file and you should be good to go.
 
Hey - You are right - it is still on the SD Card - I will try tonight, when I get back my FS7 - She is now traveling down from Berlin to Vienna ;-)

The Thumbs were gone - only black monitor and crashed FS7 (Battery unplug was necessary )
Yesterday I got mine back and no problems at all - everything was working
(they rented 2 other FS7 and they also suddenly could not playback thumbnail - So I guessed there was something in the air - a radio distortion or what the heck ??)
But my handgrip does not work anymore
I tried another one - also seat - seems the LANC Port is broken
I have to film the whole next week (without a working handgrip)
that is how life goes ;-)
