Does anyone else have the problem when using either a metabones or commlite adapter in which a parfocal lens is no longer parfocal? Also, when using a zoom lens with a constant aperture (f/4), the image will still get darker when zooming in?

Any fixes? Thanks
 
Are you referring to a particular zoom lens? I have the Canon 24-105 f4 and it is notorious for losing almost a stop when zoomed in - regardless of on an adaptor or not. Not saying this is your issue but it may be.
 
I swapped my Canon 24-105 for the Sigma 24-105 for that reason. No longer any problems with that.

However, i just saw my Canon 16-35 f/4 IS has the same issue with the Speedbooster Ultra and FS7. Horrible...
