FS5: FS5 Rig

I was on a shoot the other day - long hand held shooting and now my back is strained and can hardly move.

The director wanted handheld (for the look) and there wasn't much moving around, but holding the camera in a couple of positions over a few hours without a break has locked my back up. (I'm now thinking how much better the FS7 would have been for this, but my funds limited me to the FS5)

Has anyone had success with a rig for the FS5? Ive seen Zacutos and their Z-Finder but it will set me back over AU$2000 and i could buy a second hand FS7 once i add the costs to buying that :(

Ive searched far and wide but have yet to come across a budget rig for the FS5. \\\

Anyone?

If your holding anything out in front of you its going to kill your back.. laws of physic,s .. you,ll have to get a shoulder mount.. and /or an easy rig .. expensive yes.. but worth your career .. yes.. seriously doing your back in can put an end to your working life really quickly..

Uhmm yes .... obviously its the reason for starting this thread.

Ive tried a monopod and sometimes works in right scenario but I'm looking for a budget friendly FS5 rig.

?

well yes thats what Im saying too.. better to spend the money and get something good.. than a budget anything.. which is usually budget for the reason its not that good.. than hurt your back and not be able to work.. just my opinion of course.. i wouldn't buy the budget life vest,or crash helmet .. :)
