FS5: FS5-massive menue issue

I was runnig firmeware 4.02, everthing worked fine.
I installed firmeware 4.03 an RAW upgrade.
Since that moment the ENTER butten/wheel does not work properly. When i press the enter-wheel 50% it works and 50% no reaction so that i have to power the camera off. I restart and same problem again.
Factory reset and loading saved camera stettins from SD card did not solve.
This means 50% the navigation through menue settings dont work, i see all menue points but cannot select them.

I want to find out if is a firmware 4.03 problem or a mechanical problem of the wheel-button (the inside electronical od physical connections)....before sending the cam to sony support.

Is there a way to go bck to firmware 4.02 to check this probem ? Which workflow has to be used to go down 4.02 ?

I....think....this is sadly a hardware problem. I have a memory of it being reported on this forum previously. I have experienced it VERY slightly on my FS5 and I am worried about it. I do hope I am wrong. It is suspicious that it coincided with a firmware upgrade so as I said I really hope I am wrong.
