I don't see a problem with your image at all and is quite normal.

Draw a thin dark line against a blue background in an image editor and add a smidgen of blur and you'll see the same.

Went out to test run SLOG 3 in 1080p since I saw some banding while shooting SLOG 3 in 4k. Saw lots of purple fringing in my footage. Luckily I shot some 4k at the beginning by accident to compare. Kowa 2x anamorphic with 50mm f1.1 SLR Magic.

EDIT: Hard to tell the difference as the images appear to be recompressed/ Sized once uploaded to DVXuser.
