I mounted rosettes to an FS5 today. I'm trying to see if people here are interested in standardizing their grip, camera or both to ARRI rosette.

The camera rosette is stainless steel and will have an M6 internal thread. User removable with a screw driver.
Below I mounted to the FS5 grip.

The hole centers didn't line up 'off the shelf' so they will be modified to fit. For a grip rosette to be useable it needs a ratcheting M6 stud. I designed the Sony Crony to accomplish this here on DVX over the winter and they are working all over the world now. Great little adaptation.
It provides a ratcheting M6 stud so your grip will mesh with all standard pro accessories. Only .50 thick with brass stud and a design that incorporates both Sony registration pins and 4 sockets, it's strong and by far the lowest profile.
So two potential products;
FS5 Camera Rosette- female threaded M6 socket, $65, shipped with 4 screws and gasket.
FS5 Sony Crony- milled from solid Acetron with a ratcheting brass stud, $175 shipped with 4 screws and gasket.
If there is interest, I'll make a product run next week.
