FS100 / Zacuto Mini Baseplate: How do you mount?

Pardon my lack of engineering skills. I just bought a Zacuto Mini Baseplate for my FS100. How do you all connect the baseplate? I have a "big screw" to go into the larger holes on the FS100. When I connect the big screw to the FS100, the screw is too tall for the arrangement.

How do the fellow mini baseplate owner attach their FS100?
