FS100 used at London Fashion Week 1080p 60 frame runway looks beautiful

This was shot in london for stila cosmetics, I used an alpha 70-20 2.8 lens with a LA-EA1 adapter. I shot the runway at 60 frames and 100 shutter speed to stop the flicker that comes from the 50mz lighting in london. I edited the video with Adobe premiere cs6 and color corrected with adobe after effects color finesse 3.

How difficult is it to rack focus the Sony 70-200...
Did you do it yourself or with an assistant?

I pulled focus myself, the distance i was from the runway made it much easier to focus because i didnt have to zoom much, I shot wider shots than it looks in the finished edit. I zoomed in tighter in post
