FS100 Repair clips

I have shot an industrial job on the weekend using HVX200 and the firestore FS100. Shot 1080/25P. I have begun Importing in FCP5.12. 9 out of the 25 clips imported without a hitch, the rest came up with an error message 'some of the files being corrupt, or missing.' In the Import window in FCP I can see all of the P2 clips, with their corresponding thumnails. In the Apple Finder I can also see all of the clips, and their MXF clip info sizes indicates to me that the footage should be there. Where can I go from here? I have not yet used the repair clip, or repair disk function on the FS100 as I thought I'd get some response from people who have come across this type of issue first.
