new to this forum and to film. i have the Sony fs100 with meta bone adapter so far and I'm trying to build a kit to conduct interviews i want an affordable, and extremely sharp lens (leaning towards the Sony alpha 50mm 1.4 lens) also a good audio system i prefer hand held mics rather than lavs also a lite kit. and want to know if any one had any suggestions what should i use this is my list.

I would lean away from an alpha lens b/c it's not going to transition well to non-Sony cameras. The Rokinon 35 mm, Zeis 50mm Planar T, Canon FD 1.4 50mm or a Nikkor 50mm would be more versatile. They all have manual apertures and would work on 95% of cameras w/ adaptors. If you have the metabones, the Canon 50mm 1.4 wouldn't be a bad choice either.

Most people like zooms for interviews--gives you a lot of flexibility to change focal length. I would find a 50mm (equivalent to 75mm 35mm full frame) to be pretty limiting.

Wireless mikes are great, but you wouldn't need to start out with this. If you are going wireless, most people prefer the Sennheiser G3 to the Sony, but they are both good. (See the stickies in location sound). I think handheld mikes in (most) interviews are problematic. They are big, ugly, and obtrusive. If the talent holds them, they will often screw it up (wave them around, etc.). The only possible time when they are good is "man on the street interviews."

Regarding a light kit, Doug Jensen makes a compelling case not to buy 4 of any one thing. I would recommend his DVD on LED lighting for interviews. (See B&H). He likes Litepanels stuff, which is expensive, but no matter what you buy, you will find the DVD valuable. Good luck.

Ikan lights are rebadged versions of chinese lights that are available much cheaper from other sources. Here's the same light for much less, but 4 and some $20 stands off Amazon: http://lacoloronline.com/product/?VL312LED-VL312LED-High-Power-Bi-Color-LED-Dimmable-Video-Light-Kit

I agree with Jim, the Sennheiser G3 is great, I have the version with the Lav and the excellent Sennheiser handheld. You can get a plug in transmitter that will make any mic wireless if you want to switch between shotguns and handheld mics.
