FS100 emount limit?

Does anyone know where to find info on how much weight the FS100 emount can (or would be safe) supporting before you want to get rod support
for a lens? I am just curious about this as I research different lens choices and can't seem to find the info anywhere. I can find
out how much a lens weighs (say 24 ounces) but I can't find out if that is too much or close to being to much on the FS 100 or at what
point you should build on lens support.

I think i read somewhere that you shouldn't have a lens heavier than the body unsupported. pretty much any old lens above 135 probably needs a support, any old zoom 80-200, 100-300 need support. the kit lens doesn't and alot of newer lenses are much ligher than old ones (tokina 11-16, tamron 17-50 etc)

Thanks, I'm looking at a few lenses......one is a 35-105 F3.5 FD lens and trying to figure out if it would need support. I couldn't find info
about what the FS 100 would support safely anywhere. By the way, how do you like the Tamron 17-50 2.8? There's a good deal going on those
right now with a rebate I see.

I'm using this lens, and even though I have a no-name $20 FD->NEX adapter from eBay, I see no reason to worry.

I have the 70-210mm FD on there with NO support and nothing has gone wrong yet *touch wood*

I think the weight limit is around 1000g, based off the comment that you shouldn't pick up the camera by the lens. The body weighs 1000g.

Its a great lens, nice mid range focal lengh, little soft at 2.8 but i mean that'll happen. Its my short range "run and gun" lens.
