So I've tried several different settings and tried back to back with the P2 card....
but even with the FS100 recording all 60 frames all the time, I cant get decent looking slow-mo from the clips off my FS100.
there are all jerky and stuttery.
The play back just fine in a 30fps or 24fps time line but they look bad.
Yes, I've used the frame rate converter and told it not to throw away duplicate frames hence making the clip longer.
but conforming the clip to the timeline fps THEN using the Modify/Speed function in FCP always results in a better looking slow mo....
any help?
Has anyone pulled decent slow-mo from clips shot onto an FS100?
I'm going to post a side by side comparo when i get a chance and do a shooting comparo as well. But the results I've seen so far have been bad.
and I thought an "upside" to using the FS100 would be I would ALWAYS have a 60fps clip of every shot so I could choose later whether or not I needed it in slow-mo instead of having to set the camera up for it ahead of time for a particular shot...
huh....
perplexed.
