FS100 and Hyperdeck Shuttle 2

Can anyone confirm that the BM Hyperdeck Shuttle 2 (the new one, not last year's model) can properly record 1080/24 via HDMI? I've read the first edition can not remove the 3:2 pulldown used to send 1080/23.976PsF over HDMI. We're looking for a cheaper alternative to a Ki Pro Mini, I'd rather not have to run all my footage through Compressor before I cut.

Thanks for posting the sample. At over 600MB though, it would have been nice if the test download clip had a bit of motion to it, so we could judge the interlace situation.

How did you get this to work? In every attempt I have made, it records 1080i60 or 720i60 ONLY out of the HDMI port and there is no provision for pulldown removal in the BMD Hyperdeck2. The Hyperdeck2 will record whatever signal you feed it, however, the FS100 is incapable of sending any kind of 24p out of the HDMI port. Are you saying you recorded a 60i signal and did a pulldown removal in post? That's the only way 24fps could be gotten from an FS100.
