FS100 and Avid HD

Anyone experiencing success with this combo. If yes give me a step by step guide to seting up FS100 through to getting clips into Avid. I have done it before but some of my clips are always missing. Weather I mount the FS100 as a firewire drive or copy the MXF to the 1 Folder I never get all the clips into Avid. I know all the clips have been recorded because I can play them back on the HVX. HeLP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Email Matt McEwen at Focus, he sent me a Beta version of Firmware dated 6/19/2006 and with two independent camera test that I did today, everything seems to work.....Finally. All files show up in Media Tool!!!!!! Goood Luck!
