This is an excellent rig for hand held dslr work. It keeps the center gravity low and the camera balanced. Very little arm strain. I'm a union cameraman and we bought several for a multi cam show. We've had it for a week. Show's over and now it's for sale. It was used for three days and is in mint condition.
