Full auto mode or full manual, fits any shooter and their style. "Progressive" / "frame" mode feature for 24p and 30p type recording. Can down convert HDV to SD via FireWire or AV cables (cables not included).

Built in stereo mic and two XLR inputs with phantom power, line / mic switch. On camera (shotgun) mic holder. Full Time Code controls & functions (TC reset, record run, free run, sync, etc). Color bars, zebra stripes & more...

Overall a great professional HD camcorder!

What battery would you recommend for the Sachtler?

Thanks

Anything with a power tap will work. This is mostly found on cameras like the HPX300, any Betacam, DVCPro, etc. camera that uses Anton Bauer Gold or V-Mount batteries. Any camera that size should have a power tap on the battery plate.

If you're using something like a HVX or XL1 you might be able to find some battery adapter that lets you use AB Gold or V-Mount batteries. Other wise you best bet would be putting a new adapter on the power cord and getting a battery belt pack.

But honestly, if you're using a smaller camera that doesn't have the power tap already, you'd probably be better off getting a different light.
