FS: Sony Beta deck

[tumbleweed]

I have a BVW65 that I am looking to sell. This is a PLAYBACK ONLY deck. No record. Great for screening or loading beta sp tapes. Professionally maintained and works well. I can provide the hours and photos if you're interested. I used it to screen field tapes and I no longer have a need for it. I'd rather sell it than store it in a box in a closet. I am motivated to sell it, PM me with any offers.

Do you have a selling price in mind?

[tumbleweed]

Any offer over $1000, the deck is yours. Anything less I will also consider. One person did offer $500 - and they wanted that to include the cost of shipping and I told them no thank you. I don't know what's realistic in the market for a good quality beta deck these days - but I thought this would be a good place to start and try to sell it to someone on these boards.

Sounds like a good price. I am in need of a rental for a few days...

Tempting.

If you're in the NY/NJ area I'd be happy to rent it, if you're in need.

Sorry Minneapolis, MN. Interested in a Rorke Data MaxArray?

[tumbleweed]

No thanks. I don't even know what a Rorke Data MaxArray is. ;-)
