For sale is a Sachtler HOT-POD 1-Stage Hot-Pod Tripod Legs (100mm Bowl) with Pneumatic Column and Integrated Mid-Level Spreader.

It is in GREAT cosmetic AND Almost Great Functional condition.

This one is metal, not carbon fiber like the newer models.

Brand new this tripod costs $2600.00.

NOTE: I posted this one earlier, in that post I stated that I thought the tripod legs were in need of repair. I was wrong. I just got off the phone with Sachtler today. I spoke to a different tech who taught me how to adjust the bowl over the phone. I tested the tripod legs with my Sachtler Caddy and it is in Tip top shape. Works as designed and the tightness of the bowl is no longer an issue.
The transpost lock is hard to disengage. I just leave it off.

NOTE: This is for the newer Hot Pods. The red button on the side that allows for mounting the head is a different system on this one. There is a hole in the side column and you must insert a flat-head screwdriver and grip the locking nut in a groove. Otherwise it is the same.
