If you bought your NTG-3 new, did you register at the Rode site for its free 10yr warranty?

Cheers.

[swaneon]

I did not buy it new, but the original owner did and I believe there's 7-8 years left

[Allan Black]

The registered Rode free warranty is a definate selling point, it shows you took care of the mic and the details.
You should transfer it to you, to include how long it has left ...

Make sure you enter all the details correctly, serial number etc.

Cheers.

thanks!
done transferring---its 6 years left.
Can I transfer it one more time to the next owner?

[Allan Black]

The new owner will have to do it, it can be transfered by each new owner.

Cheers.
