Can you post additional pictures of different angles of this? Or a video of it built? I want to get a good feeling of how its all put together.

Also, whats on the bottom of the DSLR baseplate? is there a tripod mounting screw?

I'm pretty sure it needs an additional cheeseplate and clamp to be used on a tripod.

Why, I have no idea. It seems needlessly complicated to me.
