I'm listing this here on behalf of a good friend. I shot his thesis film a couple years ago with this adapter and his sony FX1.
The Kit includes
1) Redrock M2 Cinema Lens Adapter, (PL Mount)
2) Red Rock Micro 72mm HD Diopter
3) Sonia 62->72mm Step up Ring
4) 82->72 mm Step down Ring
5) Sonia Spacer Ring 55 mm
6) Redrock Iris Rod Base
7) Shim Kit
8) AC Power Adapter
9) Pelican Case

It's everything needed to use the M2 with a sony FX1 or any other camera with an 82mm front filter thread. Other cameras would just need different step down rings. Equipment is local to Log Angeles and any locals can arrange to look at it in person.
His asking price is $1200.
