I would rather find a good home for this computer on DVXUser.com than eBay, so I thought I'd list it here first to see if there is any interest. It's a real multimedia machine with all the great software. Here are the stats:
Powerbook G4, 15"
- 80GB HD
- 1GB DDR SDRAM (All in 1 chip)
- DVD RW Superdrive
- 2 USB Slots
- 1 Firewire 400 Slot
- 1 Firewire 800 Slot
- S Video Out
- Built-in Airport Extreme (WiFi) Card
- TWO Batteries (Both batteries hold a full charge, but they sent me a free one because of some class action lawsuit... so twice the battery length when you bring the other along)
Applications/etc. included (unless you want me to just format the HD, just let me know):
- Mac OSX 10.4 Tiger
- Final Cut Studio (Final Cut Pro 5.1, Motion, DVD Studio Pro, LiveType, Compressor, etc.)
- Adobe Photoshop CS 2
- Adobe Illustrator CS 2
- Adobe InDesign CS
- Macromedia Fireworks MX 2004
- Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004
- Apple iWork '06 (Keynote, Pages)
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- iLife '06 (iMovie HD, Garageband, iPhoto, etc.)
I've taken great care of this computer, but it has the normal wear and tear of a computer that's a couple years old. The HD was replaced about a year ago directly from Apple, so that's a plus because it's a relatively new HD.
I'd like to get $1,250 for all of this but make me an offer if you think that's to much. If you pay $1250 with a cashier's check or money order I'd be happy to pay for shipping via USPS as well.
Please contact me with any questions, I'm happy to answer anything and ready to entertain any offers. Thanks!
