For Sale, hardly used (3 hours) HMC150 in MINT condition. Purchased it for use in my film class for my Masters degree but being out of work as a teacher finds me on rough times just about to graduate.

Everything that is originally included in the box is in this deal along with the 3 year warranty that is transferable (still 33 months on warranty).

I'll even throw in 16GB card and a $150 carrying case and 72mm Introductory Filter Kit - Ultraviolet (UV), Circular Polarizer, Warming Filter (Intensifier) and Nylon Pouch


Would like $3200 but will entertain offers. $3000 gets paid overnight shipping.
I only accept cashiers checks or CASH as I have had problems with money orders in the past. I will not accept any money orders or personal checks.

Which is it? In your follow up post you say you accept Western Union, which I presume would be MO. You may want to edit your original post to make your payment options a little more clear.

Actually, Western Union isn't a money order. Its a wire. Cashier's check is backed by a bank.

I sold something last year and got a money order and cashed it at my bank only to have it returned unpaid from the money order company.

what do you mean something doesn't sound right? What exactly doesn't sound right? Wat that its a good deal? Of course its a great deal but again, I am graduating soon from my program in Masters of Media Education. I am a certified teacher in Florida (verifiable) that is out of work because of budget cuts. My family is more important to me than holding on to a camera right now with no projects on board to shoot.

Trust me, if I was employed, this wouldn't be sold. Its awesome camera that right now would be better served in someone else's hands who can use it when I cannot because I am knee deep in my thesis at this point.

But I do appreciate the assumption that something's not right. Makes me feel wonderful about my perceived character.

btw,
3 hours on cam, no paypal, accepts western union, joined recently. those little things don't sounds right...
but hey, after reading your respose, I think this is a ture deal.
as long as you accept local pick up by cash, this deal should be ture!
 
Local pick up is definitely fine with me but for the buyers who are not locally are potential probs. I had one person who wants me to send them the camera so they can check it out and then decide makes me very cautious. Theres no way I could get it back should they decide not to pay.

Trust me, if i could get what I paid for it I would but I need to turn this sale asap because of funds problem especially with me having to pay off my degree before graduation. I dont take Paypal because I do not have an account at this time.

try escrow. The buyers puts the money with escrow, you send the merch. if the buyer doesnt send it back, then escrow sends you the funds. thats how i bought mine.

And how long does this process take for me to receive my funds? I am all for making sure the buyer doesn't get taken but I also do not want to be out of merch and money for a period of time.

Care to explain how the process works and what time limits are? Also, what if the buyer receives the merch and then backs out? Who pays for the shipping to the buyer and then back from the buyer?
 
You could always do COD (cash on delivery) via the shipping service. Shouldn't take very long for you to get your money, at the MOST, a week after delivery.
