This is a used P+S Technik Mini 35 Adaptor - the most current model (400 series). It is in near perfect condition and in perfect working order. It was also recently professionally cleaned at ZGC in New Jersey. Included the Mini35 base unit and nikon lens adaptor. (sorry no camera mount). It should be noted that additional mounts and adaptors are available from P+S Technik to allow use with many other prosumer cameras and cine-lenses.
