FS or Trade Canon XL H1 for Canon 5D Mark II or 3500

I have a Canon XL H1 that I would like to sell for 3500 or trade for a Canon 5D Mark ll plus cash. The amount of cash depends on what accessories or lenses you can include with DSLR. The XLH1 is in great condition. Mechanically it's LN- and cosmetically it's EX and only EX because of scratches on the handle. Otherwise it also would be EX+.

I want to sell this camera because I don't like the form factor and I don't use it for that reason. Any offers.
