I am the original owner and the unit has always been in a smoke-free home studio. All buttons/functions work as they should.

This comes in the original box with the original manual for the 828 and the included AudioDesk 2 software. The CD with AudioDesk and the unit's drivers is included, but you'll have to download new drivers and and a new version of AD direct from MOTU -- I know the drivers on the disc won't work on an Intel Mac. But you'll probably need to install AudioDesk off the CD in order to update it. If you're using this with something besides AD (which is what I did), then you'll just need the most recent drivers for your particular system. I'm also including a FW cable that is not in the photos.

MOTU 828 MKII info:

• Front-panel control - access your entire mix, or any 828mkII setting, directly from the front panel.
• Stand-alone operation - program your mixes at the studio and then bring the 828mkII to your gig - no computer needed.
• Need to tweak the mix? Do it on site using the back-lit LCD and front-panel controls.

Rats, beat me to it. I have and use an 828 MkII and I love it. The Motu is very stable and it only takes up one rack space.

Killer deal, I paid almost double that.

Thanks guys. And I'll take double if anyone wants to pay it. Sorry to see it go, but at most I need one mic input these days, so the 828 is a bit of overkill.
