Marshall V-LCD70P-HDMI-PM LCD Monitor w/Batteries
This Marshall monitor is the one you need for your HMC150 or 5D/7D. I have moved to an HPX300 and will be purchasing the SDI/Anton Bauer version of this exact monitor as I absolutely loved the built-in focus and exposure features. I am also including, the power supply, 2 MaximalPower CGA-D54 batteries (one of them has a small crack in it but works fine), a Pearstone wall charger and a 3-foot HDMI cable (not pictured.) A comparable kit would cost you over $1200 with shipping at B&H, save a bunch on a 4 month old monitor that looks and performs as new.
