FS: libec ls-38 tripod with ground spreader

[rahn]

(this listing replaces the old one due to new information in the title)

I will have this tripod for sale in a week and a half.
I would prefer not to ship it (I'm located in NYC) but if you would like it shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping and packaging cost as well as the Paypal fee.

I would like to get $470 for it, cash.

It comes with the soft carrying case.

Thank you.

I must apologize to everyone that PMed me. My plans to get a bigger tripod keep falling through and I'm going to have to keep this one for a little while longer. However, when I am certain that I am selling this, I will post here again. I am hoping to have this happen in the next month. Thank you for your interest so far!
