Up for sale is a Chrosziel Baseplate + Lightweight Support System for DSLR cameras. Works great for a Canon 7D! Purchased it two months ago and used it only a few times. In excellent, like-new condition - not a scratch on it! Includes a pair of 8" rails w/threaded female ends for future expansion.
The rig includes six 1/4"-20 mounting points (for standard Noga arm mounting of monitors, your Zoom H4n, etc.) and will work with an LCDVF (can confirm because I own one). It's a really wonderful support system. My needs have unfortunately changed, however, and I need to sell it - hoping to find it a good home.
I highly recommend this unit as a proper and professional way to support your DSLR rig, it's certainly ages ahead of it's competition from RedRock, Zacuto, and the like.
Part #: 401-421LWS
List price is $465, willing to sell for $385 + the cost of shipping.
Can be used with a Canon 7D or 5D mk II (It's possible to use it with the 1D mkIV as well, but you'll lose the ability to use a matte box that utilizes the 15mm rails, it'll have to be clamp-on).
Once a serious buyer is confirmed, I can make an eBay listing to facilitate the transfer. I'll either accept PayPal via eBay or cash upon delivery to a customer here in Los Angeles.
