DIY Lens Adapter - Made from EOS tubes and uses Daniel's VH-57X Ver. 2.0 vibrating GG-Holder (which sells for $125), it's fully assembled and works pretty darn well, though I never took the time to really optimize it. You could use it as is, or you could use it for parts for your own DIY adapter (it would be very simple to disassemble).
