Does the G2 come with a lavalier microphone? Whats a countryman mic?

The Countryman is a lav mic for the wireless kit. The kit comes with a different lav, but I bought the Countryman cuz it sounds quite a bit better than the stock mic.

It's a Countryman EMW Flat.
