I own 2 of these, but just picked up a new HPX250, so I want to sell one of the 500's. I purchased it new, and it still looks like new. Almost all studio work, so the camera and lens still pretty much look like the day they came out of the box.

So, selling the lens and camera body, and would like to get $8700 for the set.

I still have all the original boxes, manuals and everything that came with the set. I will leave this post up for a week prior to putting it up on Ebay.

I have more pictures if anyone is interested.

Hi, it's fred from italy.
I'm interested in your camera but I'd like to know something more:

1) when and where did you buy the camera? Was it registered for the 5 years warranty program? Is the warranty still valid?

2) is the camera pal or ntsc version?

3) how many operation hours on the counter?

4) last, I live in italy so I would pay the total amount through paypal, if you agree. How much would it cost the shipment to italy?

Thanks really a lot for your kindness and patience.
if you can, I'd be happy to receive more detailed pictures to my mail frost@tiscali.it.

Best regards
Fred

Hi Fred,
I am traveling today, but will answer your questions and forward more photos when I return this evening.

Thanks,
Brad

I purchased the camera new in September of 2007. It is registered for the 5 year warranty. Will run out this September. The camera was purchased from Roscor in Chicago.

2) is the camera pal or ntsc version?
It is switchable and therefore shoots both.

3) how many operation hours on the counter?
I don't know how to find that information. But the camera has moderate use. It was not used daily, or even close. If someone knows of a way to check the hours, I will get it for you.

Not sure of the cost to ship. If you want to PM your address, I'll check with UPS and get an estimate.
Thanks really a lot for your kindness and patience.

I will forward the additional pictures to your email. If you are interested, please do let me know, as I am getting ready to list it on ebay.
Best regards
